How to Add Games (non-association)

  1. Go to the website
  2. click ADMIN LOGIN (bottom centre)
  3. enter team UID/PWD
  4. Click on "Games" in the left menu
  5. Enter all game information
  6. Click SUBMIT
  7. Verify Game show up on website and phone app

 

How to Get a List of All Players on the Team

  1. Go to the website
  2. click ADMIN LOGIN (bottom centre)
  3. enter team UID/PWD
  4. Click on "Player" in the left menu
  5. From here you can add, remove and update players on the team

 

How to Email Your Whole Team

  1. Go to the website
  2. click ADMIN LOGIN (bottom centre)
  3. enter team UID/PWD
  4. Click on the "Mail" in the left menu
  5. Click on "Compose Mail"
  6. Fill in the title and details for your email
  7. Click send at the bottom of the form.

 

How to Include Attachments in your Email Announcements

  1. Click "Insert >Insert Link"
  2. Click URL browse button
  3. Click upload attachment
  4. Select file in window and click insert
  5. Update link text
