The Sooke and District Minor Hockey Association (SDMHA) will hold its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, April 28th, 2026 at 7:00 PM. This meeting will be held in person and is open to SDMHA members in good standing.
All members present will be entered into a draw for free league fees for the 2026/27 season (rep fees excluded).
The AGM provides members the opportunity to:
Review the operations of the association
Elect vacant Executive Board positions
Share feedback and help shape the future of SDMHA
AGM Agenda:
Roll call;
Establishment of quorum;
Approval of minutes;
Correspondence;
President’s report;
Vice President Operation’s report;
Vice President Administration’s report;
Treasurer’s report;
Approval of financial statements;
Amendments to Bylaws;
General or new business;
Elections; and
Adjournment.
